Her career has taken her around the world, from establishing international offices to supporting community projects in South Africa and China, giving her a depth of experience that reaches far beyond business.

The Ditch Careers is the culmination of everything Laura has built, learned and believed in throughout her career. She created it with a clear vision: to build a recruitment company that puts people first while still delivering exceptional commercial results.

As Co-Founder and Head of Recruitment, Priya leads The Ditch Careers' recruitment strategy and oversees the experience of every employer and candidate we work with. She combines deep industry knowledge with strong commercial instincts and a refreshingly personal approach, taking the time to understand the person behind the CV and the business beyond the job description.
